Are you an Australian Business?

Yes we most certainly are!  Our  registered Australian Business Number is: 69 876 752 581.  All orders are shipped from within Australia, we do not drop ship.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer Paypal as the preferred payment method as not only is it safe and convenient but has the added buyer protection should anything go wrong.

How will my parcel be sent?

At Toys4Dogs we utilize the Australia Post E-Parcel System to deliver most of our products.  If your order is especially urgent you can choose to have your parcel shipped Express Parcel Post for faster delivery.

When will my product be dispatched?

If your order is placed before 2pm AWST on any business day, your parcel will be dispatched that same day!  This means that we can ship to over 80% of Australia overnight, if Express Parcel Post is your chosen shipping method.

Orders placed after 2pm or on the weekends are dispatched next business day guaranteed!  **This may exclude items that are temporarily out of stock and custom product orders.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

This depends on when you place your order, your location and the method of delivery you choose.  We are situated in Western Australia so you should receive your items within 5 business days if using regular shipping, however if you are paying via express shipping then within 2 business days.  Alternatively, remote areas can take up to 7 business days for delivery. Tracking notification is always provided on dispatch.

Items that are on back order will be dispatched as soon as possible upon the arrival of the item and these will be posted out free of charge.

Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout Australia and its territories, along with New Zealand and United States.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Yes we can!

What if a product is out of stock?

If an item you have ordered is on backorder, we will notify you of an estimate time for delivery and send it to you free of charge once in stock.
